The made to order terrazzo countertops and back splash harmoniously blend the floor tile, the butchers block countertops of the moving islands and the bamboo cabinet fronts in this minimal and warm open kitchen. The chrome plated brass with cast concrete sconces from the early 80’s by Charles Pfister were a serendipitous find to add some character.

The living room is grounded in a velvet and botanical deep green and framed with a vintage floor lamp in steel and a fair-trade wool rug. The custom nesting coffee tables are made with up-cycled Italian statuary marble.

This kitchen nook includes sustainable bamboo veneer fronts, a custom pendant lamp from Georgiev Zabeta and plush fair trade pillows to add a cozy feel. Humor made a subtle appearance with the photograph by Yuni Yoshida.

A subtle nod to Miami Beach Art Deco palette & sculptural clarity of MCM
Dubbed the flamingo powder room. This room centered around the up-cycled green marble vanity. Terrazzo flooring with green hues of marble were chosen to complement the floating vanity. The pink cast concrete sink basin was given new purpose in this bathroom along with the vintage milk glass sconces that were sourced in Paris.

Dine in this space created around the MCM vintage 1970’s DIA expandable dining table. With black metal wishbone chairs, cozy chandelier and surrounded by plants this space is cause for a dinner party.
