VERONICA KRETZERS STUDIO is a new-generation interior curation firm focused not only on the aesthetic of a space with its furnishings but also on the environmental and human health impact each item has.
Our reverence for nature goes beyond the aesthetic. Every dwelling is created with a deep respect for the natural world and those who live in it.
The aim is to use alternative materials to those that currently do not respect the environment or our health. The mission is to subtly bring light to the importance of environmentalism and healthy materials in the world of design for the built environment. We consider the impact of every piece, from inception through creation to the end of life.
VERONICA KRETZERS graduated from Parsons with a BFA in Fashion Design and learned first hand through industry experience the toll that textiles can have on the earth and our health. Once Veronica started a family she became very interested in sourcing non-toxic materials for her home. From this experience, Veronica decided to pursue interior design with a focus on healthy materials.
By integrating her expertise in fashion design with her knowledge of healthy materials, Veronica is able to create spaces that not only look beautiful but also promote well-being. Her studies from Parsons on Building Materials and Human Health as well as Material Chemistry and Sustainable Building, provide her with a solid foundation to make informed choices in her designs.
Veronica's philosophy resonates deeply with the increasing number of people seeking healthier alternatives in their homes. Through her work, she is not only creating aesthetically pleasing spaces that embody her clients but also advocating for a shift towards more sustainable and non-toxic design practices.
A beautiful home can be healthy.
